Netscape Messenger Mailbox v4.x Here is how to configure the mail options: Click "Edit" from the "File Menu", then move your cursor to "Preferences". Click "Mail and Groups" from the catagory list on the left and branch out into subdirectories. (you can also click the " + " sign and make it a " - " to reach the subdirectories of the "Mail and Groups" directory). Click "Mail Server" under the "Mail and Groups" directory. Settings are as follows... Mail Server User Name: username (ie: jdoe) NO CAPITAL "P" Outgoing SMTP Server: mail.ieway.com Incoming POP3 Server: mail.ieway.com Click the "Identity" tab under the "Mail and Groups" directory. Settings are as follows... Your Name: Mr. John Doe (or what you would like to have in the "From:" field) Your Email: username@ieway.com (ie: jdoe@ieway.com) Reply-to Address: username@ieway.com (ie: jdoe@ieway.com) Organization: John Doe's Kitchen Repair (ie: Your business or company name) Click "Okay" at the bottom until you return to the Netscape Browser window. Restart the Netscape program and your new settings will be in place to send and recieve E-Mail.  Return to Email Support.
